Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the TerraScan platform, the Meridiano signals service, or any related website or application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Services provided
TerraScan publishes educational content relating to markets, geopolitics, and systematic trading. Meridiano Signals is a subscription service that publishes the live activity of a systematic trading bot operated by TerraScan Global LLC. The Strategy Blueprint is a one-time purchase that includes a written playbook and methodology walkthroughs. Build Your Bot is a one-time setup service where we configure a copy of the Meridiano software on the customer's own brokerage account, which the customer thereafter owns and operates.
4. Not investment advice
Nothing in the Services constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You acknowledge and agree that TerraScan is not a registered investment adviser and that no fiduciary, advisory, or broker-dealer relationship is created by your use of the Services. 5. Your account and conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not share paid content with non-subscribers. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or otherwise misuse the Services. You will not use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
6. Subscription and payment
Meridiano Signals is a recurring monthly subscription billed via our payment processor (currently Stripe) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account. One-time purchases (Strategy Blueprint, Build Your Bot) are non-refundable once delivery has begun. Pricing is as displayed at the point of purchase and may change on notice.
7. Refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period; cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds for one-time services are considered on a case-by-case basis where delivery has not meaningfully begun.
8. No custody; no trading on your behalf
TerraScan does not hold, custody, or execute trades on your brokerage account. In the case of Build Your Bot, setup activity occurs on your account at your direction; after handoff, you own and operate the software. You are solely responsible for every trade placed in your accounts.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including code, content, designs, strategies, and written materials, are owned by TerraScan Global LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal use in accordance with these terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TerraScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of the Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
